During the training, Coyote team received hands-on training with the instrument platform, closely experienced the technical charm of traditional PCR instruments such as Mini 8, flash20 and 48E, as well as the fully automated molecular POCT robot family, including Flash10, Robo and Nano. By learning specific operating procedures and actual on-machine operation, the team gained a deeper understanding of three generations of products, personally experience the ultimate operational excellence brought by revolutionary technological iterations.

During the training session, Coyote team set forth on a journey to the Tianjin Factory and the Coyote Tianjin Clinical Lab.

At the Tianjin factory, by visiting the advanced assembly, filling, and injection molding automated production lines, the team learned about the entire production process of the Cartridge D and Cartridge E, and experienced the precision and efficiency of the automated production lines firsthand.

While deepening theoretical knowledge, this training also focused on strengthening the decision-making analysis, practical operation, team cooperation, innovative thinking and other abilities of the participants through a variety of activities, so as to lay a solid foundation for everyone's future work.

  • During the product introduction and training part, seven teams played the role of "salespeople" in a simulated real-world scenario. They engaged in conversations with "potential clients" focusing on POCT/LDT/RUO scenarios, all while striving to meet specific sales targets. This assessed the participants' on-the-spot adaptability, communication skills, decision-making abilities, and time management skills.

  • During the Role Play part of Nano application scenario, a simulated sales battle unfolded.Twelve members of six groups drew identity cards and played the role of "salespersons" and "customers" to target the new generation of POCT robot products - Nano, using creative sales strategies centered on users to fully demonstrate the technical charm and application potential of Nano.

During the training, the Nano pre-launch became the most exciting moment. At the pre-launch, we fully demonstrated the charm of Nano’s ultimate simplicity through a wonderful promotional video and intuitive live demonstration. In the future, when we successfully integrate the Nano's molecular diagnostic POCT technology with AI technology, we will provide a new experience to realize the healthy life concept of "Better me, Better life" in a wider range of applications.

Sabrina: "When we devote ourselves into the products, customers will fall in love with us."

It is worth mentioning that we organized a unique hiking activity during the training. While hiking, team members were able to carry out two types of detection outdoors by using Nano equipped with mobile power supply, fully experiencing the convenience and portability of Nano, which took a further step to truly realizing molecular POCT detection anytime and anywhere.

During the training, we held a product co-creation workshop focused on the future applications of Nano with the participating of our Coyote team, activating Nano's innovation and vitality.

During the first part of Nano workshop, six groups simulated diverse application scenarios including home health monitoring, community clinic treatment, pet health monitoring, and food safety surveillance. Approaching these scenarios from the perspectives of different user types, they thoroughly explored and identified user pain points. Utilizing Nano's AI technology, they addressed user concerns and initiated brainstorming sessions on intelligent interaction, thereby uncovering the boundless potential of AI technology in Nano's applications.

Coyote team pooled their collective wisdom, designing solutions that resonated with users' love and care. They covered various aspects of public health life, aiming to create a humanized and friendly experience. This effort is a testament to the revolutionary innovation of the next-generation precision health by Coyote, ushering in a new era of public health management.

In the second part, Coyote team collaborated on the customer service of Nano, discussing potential issues and solutions for post-sales service. They also designed features that could enhance the Nano App, striving to offer customers an improved post-sales experience.

During the simulated entrepreneurship part, Coyote team engaged in "face-to-face" interactions between entrepreneurs and investors. Starting from six major application scenarios—customs & CDCs, community clinics, fever clinics, OTC (pharmacies), VIP elderly care institutions, and pet clinics, they drafted Nano business proposals. Within a specified timeframe, they presented business plans to investors covering market analysis, project overviews, marketing strategies, financial plans, required resources, and risk factors. They also professionally answered sharp questions from the investors, elevating the atmosphere of the full-day co-creation Nano Workshop to a climax.

The training featured a special guest panel, they provided valuable insights into the development direction of Nano for the next two years. Finally, with great enthusiasm, founder and CEO Sabrina Li led everyone in envisioning the product concept of Nano me in 2025. Over the upcoming two years, everyone will firm convictions, brim with determination and power, and unwaveringly advance towards this goal.
